The rest of the team (what's coming)

Lesson 7 of 9 · Module 02 · The Agent Team: Catch What GHL Hides

Vera is live. She is the first agent, not the last. Here is where this is heading, and I am going to be straight about what is proven and what is still being built, because that is the deal.

Vera audits one workflow before you deploy it. That is real, you have run it, it has caught a corrupted ID and blocked a deploy in my own account. Everything below this line is coming, not done. I am naming the team so you can see the shape of it, not so you can use it today.

The rest of the team

Sasha, provisioning and A2P. Spinning up a new client sub-account is the same fifteen steps every time, and the A2P registration is the part everyone gets wrong and then waits two weeks to find out. Sasha's job is to provision the sub-account and stand up its A2P registration so the boring, error-prone setup runs the same way every time. Being built.

Iris, onboarding and retention. The first thirty days decide whether a client stays, and the quiet churn signals show up long before the cancellation does. Iris's job is to watch onboarding and retention so a client who is going cold gets caught while you can still do something about it. She ran live for the first time the night I updated this lesson, and the next two lessons are her story.

Marcus, campaign pulse. When you run campaigns across several accounts, the one that is bleeding spend or has gone quiet is the one you find out about last. Marcus's job is the campaign pulse across accounts so you see the problem before the client does. Being built.

I am not going to show you a Sasha demo until Sasha has provisioned a real account for real. Same rule that held Hugo back in this module: nothing ships as proven until it has run for real. When each one is proven, it gets a lesson with a real recorded run, the same way Vera did. Until then they are on the roadmap, in public, by name.

Where this is heading

Right now you run commands. You point Vera at a workflow. Soon you will schedule a sweep. That is a real step up from clicking through the GHL UI by hand, but it is still you remembering which command to run.

The direction is one orchestrator you talk to instead of a set of commands you run. You say "I am about to deploy this client's onboarding," and the right agents run in the right order without you naming them. Vera audits, the provisioning checks fire, the report lands in Slack. You are describing intent, not invoking tools.

That is the destination. We are not there. Vera is the proof that the pattern works: an agent that reads the live account, catches what GHL hides, and refuses to let you ship something broken. Every agent after her is that same pattern pointed at a different part of the job.

You build the team one proven agent at a time. You already have the first one. The rest ship as they earn it.
