Vera checks one workflow before you deploy it. Useful, but you do not break workflows only when you are looking at them. A pipeline gets deleted in another account. A snapshot gets loaded. A teammate renames a stage. A workflow you have not opened in a month is now dead from step three down, and nothing told you.

Hugo is Vera pointed at every account you run, on a schedule. One sweep, one report, every sub-account.

Here is a real run. I pointed Hugo at my own agency and gave it one command. In a few minutes it swept every sub-account I manage and handed back a single health report: which accounts are clean, which need attention, and exactly which workflows in them are carrying dead references.

Most came back clean. One did not. A client account that had just had a snapshot loaded came back with twenty-four of its thirty-five workflows carrying references to IDs that no longer existed in that account. That is the snapshot-trap from Lesson 1, at scale, the same day the snapshot landed. Twenty-four workflows that looked published and green and would have silently dropped appointment and payment steps the first time a real contact hit them. Nobody opened those workflows to find it. Hugo did, before a single client campaign ran through a broken one.

That is the job: catch the rot across the whole book before a client does.

Hugo is the second agent we are proving the same way we proved Vera: one real run at a time, and only claimed once it has run for real. The sweep above is real.
