Where this goes next

Lesson 7 of 7 · Module 01 · Set Up Your Command Center

Let me be straight about what you just built, and what it is not.

What you built is real and it works today. A shared brain for every Claude session across your agency. A memory that survives every restart. One set of rules that propagates into every project automatically. Sessions that don't collide because STATE.md tells each one what the others are doing. That is not a demo. That is the system I run.

But I'm not going to pretend it's more than it is. There is one job in this whole setup that a piece of software is not doing yet: the relay. When work needs to move from one session to another, a human copies the prompt out of the outbox and pastes it into the other session. That human is me. In your agency, it's you. We are the wire that connects the sessions.

That's fine. It's honest, it's cheap, and it already removes the worst pain, which was Claude contradicting itself and you holding the whole board in your head. But you can feel where it's going. Right now you built a message bus and you're standing in the middle of it as the courier.

The next step, the one I'm working toward, is an always-on orchestrator: something that watches the outbox, hands each prompt to the session that owns the work, watches for the result, and updates STATE.md without me touching it. Same files. Same contract. Same STATE.md you already have. The difference is nobody has to sit there relaying.

I want to be clear about the status of that, because I'd rather under-promise. The always-on runtime is not built yet. The command center you set up in this module was designed on purpose so that runtime can drop in later without you redoing any of this. The folders, the STATE.md format, the outbox, the registry: those are the interface a future orchestrator plugs into. You are not building a throwaway. You're building the foundation it will stand on.

So here's the honest map. Module 01 is the foundation: structure, memory, rules, multi-session coordination by hand. Future modules go deeper into running real GHL agency work on top of it, and eventually into taking the human out of the relay. I'll build it in the open and show you what actually works, not what sounds good in a sales video.

For now: run the Prompts Pack, get your command center standing, and start operating two sessions without breaking things. That alone changes how much you can run.

That's Module 01. See you in the next one.
