The first thing you build with Claude should not be a funnel. It should be the room it works in.

Here is what nobody tells you when you start running AI across your agency.

It works great for about a week. One project, one chat, Claude remembers what you're doing, you feel unstoppable.

Then you add a second client. A third project. You open a second Claude session because the first one is busy. Now you have three conversations running, and none of them know the other two exist. One session renames a pipeline. Another session, an hour later, builds a workflow pointing at the old name. Claude isn't getting dumber. It just has no shared memory and no one watching the whole board. You became the memory. You became the oversight. And you don't scale.

I hit this hard. Multiple sessions, real client work moving fast, and I was the only thing holding the state together in my head. That is the exact moment most people quietly decide "AI is overhyped" and go back to clicking everything by hand.

The fix is boring and it takes about twenty minutes. You build a command center before you build anything else.

Three pieces:

1. A place for Claude to think. One folder that holds every project, organized the same way every time, so Claude always knows where it is and where things go.

2. A memory that survives every session. One shared file that says what is in flight everywhere, who is working on what, and what is blocked. Every session reads it on the way in and writes to it on the way out. Close the laptop, open it tomorrow, nothing is lost.

3. One set of rules Claude follows in every project. Written once, applied everywhere, automatically, including in projects you create next year.

That is it. That is the whole foundation. Once it exists, everything else you build with AI sits on solid ground instead of sand. Sessions stop colliding. Claude stops contradicting itself. You stop being the filing system.

And here is the part that fits how I like to work: you don't set this up by hand. You paste a prompt, and Claude builds the whole thing for you. I'd rather Claude build it than click through it, and so should you.
