Give your setup a checkup

One command answers both questions: is everything still working, and what am I not using yet?

FreeAbout 1 min

What you'll get

  • A plain-English answer to "is my GHL Command still working properly?" Every capability is read live, right now, not from a list somebody typed once.
  • A separate, honest answer to "am I using all of this?", measured from what your GHL account actually contains.
  • The exact sentence to paste back to Claude for each thing you are not using yet.

Say this

Run a checkup on my GHL Command.
Give me a checkup from the neckup.
Is everything still working, and what am I not using?

What the three sections mean

1. Connection. The plumbing: your license, your API key, whether the account is reachable, whether the Workflow Builder login is still good. Same checks as "run a health check", included so you only have to run one thing.

2. What still works. Every capability area (contacts, pipelines, calendars, workflows, funnels, forms, invoices, social, and the rest) gets one real read against your account. This is the section that matters most, and it turns on one distinction:

What it saysWhat it means
WORKING, you have none yetThe feature is fine. Your account just has none of these.
BROKENGoHighLevel rejected a read that should work. Almost always a GHL change on their end, not something you did.
NO-ACCESSYour API key's permissions do not cover that area. Fixable in GHL in two minutes.
UNAVAILABLEThat feature is not switched on for your GHL plan. Normal.
INCONCLUSIVEGHL was slow, rate-limited, or having a moment. Says nothing. Run it again.

3. What you are not using yet. Ranked by what it is costing you, each with the sentence to paste.

Good to know

  • Everything it does is a read. It is safe to run on a live client account, and safe on the Free plan.
  • Nothing about your usage leaves your machine. Section 3 is worked out from what is in your GHL account, not from any record of what you have clicked.
  • If anything comes back BROKEN, send the whole report to support@ghlcommand.com. That report is exactly what we need, and it usually means GoHighLevel shipped a change we have not caught yet.
  • Run it monthly, and any time GHL feels off after one of their updates.

Where people go wrong

What happenedThe fix
"It says I have no forms, but I do."Check the verdict, not the count. BROKEN or NO-ACCESS means it could not read them, not that they are gone.
"Half of it says UNAVAILABLE."That is a GHL plan thing, not a fault. Those features are not switched on for that sub-account.
"It says NO-ACCESS on several areas."Your Private Integration key was created with only some scopes ticked. Make a new one in GHL with every scope selected, then run setup again.
"I ran it on the wrong client."It checks whichever sub-account is active. Say "switch to [client name]" first, then run the checkup.
