In my [Radiance Med Spa] account, show me every conversation with an unanswered inbound message from the last [7] days.
For each one: the contact name, which channel it came in on, when it arrived, and the last thing they actually said.
Put the oldest unanswered at the top, because that is the one costing me money.
Do not reply to anyone. This is a read.

Everything in [brackets] is yours to change. Oldest first is deliberate. The thread that has been waiting three days is worth more of your attention than the one from an hour ago.
