This is the same architecture behind the AI in the video: a set of plain-text memory files plus operating instructions. Claude reads them and becomes an operator who actually knows your business.
In this folder, open the memory folder. Four small files: my-business, my-clients, my-projects, this-week. Open each one (they open in TextEdit or Notepad) and replace the (parentheses) lines with your truth. Rough is fine. Honest matters more than complete.
Go to claude.ai (free account works). Start a new chat, or better, create a Project called Atlas. Attach five files: ATLAS.md plus the four memory files you just filled in.
If you use a Project, the files stay attached for every future conversation. That is your brain's long-term memory.
Say exactly this:
Read ATLAS.md and follow it. Then give me the morning rundown.
That's it. It will brief you on your own business: what needs you, what's stalling, what you're forgetting.
End of the week, or any session where things changed, say:
Update my memory.
Atlas writes fresh versions of your memory files. Paste them over the old contents. Two minutes a week, and the brain stays current instead of becoming a stale brochure.
Double-click index.html in this folder for the visual from the video. Hit "Make it yours" and type the same clients and projects, then "Play the tour." Point your phone at the screen and film it.
