Ask the retention questions (do Iris's job today)

Lesson 9 of 9 · Module 02 · The Agent Team: Catch What GHL Hides

You do not have to wait for the scheduled agent. The three checks Iris runs are three questions you can ask the tool right now, in plain English, on any account you manage.

Here they are.

1. The onboarding question. "Show me contacts created in the last 14 days with no recent activity." These are people who said yes to something and then heard nothing. Every name that comes back is a client experience that started with silence. The fix is usually one message.

2. The churn question. "List subscriptions that were cancelled or went past due." This is money already leaving. A past-due card is often just an expired card, recoverable with one email. A cancellation you catch the week it happens is a conversation. A cancellation you find a month later is a postmortem.

3. The pipeline question. "Find opportunities in [pipeline] that have not been touched in 30 days." Run it on your main pipeline first. In today's live sweep this was the question that hurt: one account had deals sitting in a Won stage, untouched for a month or more. A Won deal going quiet means you closed someone and then disappeared on them.

The weekly retention ritual

Pick a morning. I would make it the same morning you run your workflow audit from lesson 5, so it is one sitting.

Ask the three questions on your biggest account. Read the answers. Log what you found in your Command Center from Module 01. Then act on exactly one thing per account: send the onboarding message, email the past-due card, touch the oldest deal. Then move to the next account.

Why weekly? Because the worst findings in today's run were not dramatic. They were old. Deals idle 58 days. That does not happen in one bad week. It happens because nobody asked the question for two months. Weekly keeps the answers boring, and boring is the goal.

The honest line

What you have with the tool is exactly this: ask in plain English, get the real answer from your own account, on demand. That is the manual rung, and it is real value on its own.

Iris is the next rung. The same three questions, every account, on a schedule, one report waiting at the top of your morning read. As of today she has done it live exactly once. That is why she is demonstrated here, not sold as included. Each agent ships when it is proven, in public, and not before.

Until then, the rule from this whole module holds. The quiet exits are findable. Ask before your client answers for you.
