Sweep your own accounts (before the client calls)
Lesson 5 of 9 · Module 02 · The Agent Team: Catch What GHL Hides
You do not have to wait for the always-on version to get the value. The check Hugo automates is something you can run by hand today, and you should, starting with your busiest accounts.
Point Claude at one of your sub-accounts and ask it to audit the workflows for dead references. Read what comes back. Then switch to the next account and do it again. That is the manual version of the sweep: you are doing what Hugo will do on a schedule, one account at a time.
Do it first on the account you would be most embarrassed to have a client find a broken automation in. The one with the most workflows. The one you onboarded fastest. The one you loaded from a snapshot and never fully checked. That is where the dead references hide.
What you are looking for is exactly what the real run found: actions pointing at a pipeline, stage, custom field, or workflow that no longer exists, which GHL will skip silently along with everything after it. A published, green workflow that quietly does nothing from the broken step down. Find them before they cost you a renewal.
The two rungs
This is the manual rung, and it is real value on its own. Run the audit per account, before you trust a workflow and before a client trusts it for you.
Hugo is the next rung: the same audit, across every account, on a schedule, with the report waiting at the top of your morning read (the loop you built in Module 01). You run the per-account audit today. The agent that runs it across your whole agency on its own is what the team is building toward.
Either way, the rule is the one that started this module. You find what GHL hides, before your client does.
