[ON SCREEN: Lesson 7 : Where this goes next]

VO: Let me be straight about what you just built, and what it's not.

[ON SCREEN: WORKS TODAY : shared brain, surviving memory, self-propagating rules]

VO: What you built is real and it works today. A shared brain for every Claude session. A memory that survives every restart. Rules that propagate into every project automatically. Sessions that don't collide because STATE.md tells each one what the others are doing. That's not a demo. That's the system I run.

[ON SCREEN: outbox/ : a human carrying a prompt from one window to another]

VO: But I'm not going to pretend it's more than it is. There's one job software isn't doing yet. The relay. When work moves from one session to another, a human copies the prompt out of the outbox and pastes it into the other session. That human is me. In your agency, it's you.

[ON SCREEN: you are the wire connecting the sessions]

VO: We're the wire connecting the sessions. That's fine. It's honest, it's cheap, and it already kills the worst pain. But you can feel where it's going. You built a message bus, and you're standing in the middle of it as the courier.

[ON SCREEN: NEXT STEP : always-on orchestrator]

VO: The next step is an always-on orchestrator. Something that watches the outbox, hands each prompt to the session that owns it, watches for the result, and updates STATE.md without me touching it. Same files. Same contract. Same STATE.md you already have.

[ON SCREEN: NOT BUILT YET]

VO: And I want to be clear about the status, because I'd rather under-promise. That always-on runtime is not built yet. But the command center you set up was designed on purpose so it can drop in later without you redoing any of this. The folders, the STATE format, the outbox. Those are the interface a future orchestrator plugs into. You're not building a throwaway.

[ON SCREEN: foundation -> deeper GHL work -> remove the human from the relay]

VO: So here's the honest map. This module is the foundation. Future modules go deeper into running real GHL work on top of it, and eventually into taking the human out of the relay. I'll build it in the open and show you what actually works.

[ON SCREEN: run the Prompts Pack. Operate two sessions.]

VO: For now, run the Prompts Pack, get your command center standing, and start operating two sessions without breaking things. That alone changes how much you can run. That's Module 01. See you in the next one.
