Record what one client bought

Write down an agreement in one sentence, without disturbing anything else on that client.

What it is for

Recording a new agreement, a price change, a pause, or a renewal date, one client at a time.

Say this

Record that Sonoran Family Wellness is on Speed to Lead at 3000 a month, started 15 January, renewing 15 January next year, run by Priya.

Click the box to select it, then press ⌘C (or Ctrl+C)

What comes back

The client's record as it now stands, and a warning if the price you just recorded is below your own floor for that offer.

If the account id is not one Command OS recognises, it says so and saves the record anyway — you can write down what a client bought before their GoHighLevel account exists, which is normal, but a typo should not become a phantom client in silence.

What it will not do

  • It will not touch any other client.
  • It will not clear a field you did not mention.
  • It will not accept a date that does not exist. "31 February" is refused rather than quietly moved to 3 March.

Before it can help

Nothing, though the price-floor warning only works once your offers and floors are on the Your agency screen.
