What each client bought
The offer, the price, the dates and the owner for every client — plus what that adds up to, stated honestly.
What it is for
The commercial half of your roster. The board knows which accounts you are building; this knows what each client actually pays you, since when, until when, and who runs the account.

What comes back
- One line per client: the offer they are on, what they pay, monthly or one-time, when it started and renews, who runs it.
- Anyone billed under your own floor, named, with the floor it was measured against.
- Your recurring revenue — and this is the part worth reading carefully.
- The clients on your board with nothing recorded, which is the answer to "who have I not written down yet".
How the revenue number behaves
It is a floor, not a total, and it says so whenever it is one. A client with no price on file is counted as unpriced and left out of the figure rather than estimated. If your clients are billed in more than one currency, you get one line per currency and no single number at all, because adding pounds to dollars produces a figure that is wrong in both.
What it will not do
- It will not guess a price, a close rate, or what an unpriced client is probably worth.
- It will not quietly include a paused or ended engagement in what you are owed this month.
Before it can help
Open Your agency in Command OS and fill in a block for each client. A client with only a name recorded still appears — as a client you have not written down yet.
