Read your agency's own details
Everything Command OS knows about your business, in one answer, so nothing has to ask you twice.
What it is for
Your agency's own facts live in one place: the brand clients see, the offers you sell and the price below which you do not take the work, who your messages come from, how you deliver, and who is on your team. Anything that writes a proposal, brands a client document, quotes a price or plans a week reads it from here instead of asking you again.
You fill it in once on the Your agency screen. This is how Claude reads it back.
Say this
Show me my agency profile and tell me what is still blank.
Click the box to select it, then press ⌘C (or Ctrl+C)
What comes back
- Everything saved, in plain English.
- A missing list — the fields that are still empty, so you know what is not yet doing any work for you.
- Nothing invented. A blank field comes back blank rather than filled with a sensible guess.
What it will not do
- It never touches GoHighLevel. This is a file on your own computer.
- It will not quote a price you have not set. If your floors are blank, anything that would have used them says so instead.
Before it can help
Open Your agency in Command OS and fill in at least the agency name. Everything client-facing needs that one field, and the tool tells you when it is missing rather than rendering a document with a hole in it.
