What needs me today?

Every client, one screen, appointments first — and it tells you which accounts it could not get into.

What it is for

The morning question, answered before you open a single sub-account.

Nothing that costs you a client announces itself. A booking sits in an account nobody opened. A build stopped on Thursday waiting for a decision you did not know you owed. A renewal is nine days away. None of it raises an error, so the first signal is usually the client asking why.

This reads all of it at once and puts it in the order that matters.

Say this

What needs me today?

Click the box to select it, then press ⌘C (or Ctrl+C)

Or ask for it however you actually think about it — anything I'm missing this morning?, what's waiting on me?

What comes back

In this order, deliberately:

  • Today's appointments, first. A missed meeting is the only thing on this list you cannot recover later in the day. The time is shown on your clock, and when the client keeps a different one, theirs is shown next to it — a 9:00 AM booking in New York is a 6:00 AM call in Phoenix, and that is a meeting joined three hours late.
  • What is waiting on you — the builds stopped on a decision, how long they have been sitting, and what is blocking each one.
  • What Command OS is running right now, so you do not chase something already in hand.
  • Renewals inside thirty days, in days, not dates.
  • Clients under your own price floor, with both numbers.
  • New leads since midnight, per client.
  • What it did not check, always.

What it will not do

  • It will not call a morning quiet unless it is. "Nothing needs you this morning" is a claim, and it is only made when every one of the above came back empty — including a renewal five days out.
  • It will not hide an account it could not read. An account whose key was rejected is named, with the reason. It never lets an unreadable account look like a quiet one, which is the exact failure this layer exists to stop.
  • It will not show you a cancelled meeting as a meeting. Cancelled, no-show and declined bookings are dropped before you ever see them.
  • It will not guess a time zone. If a booking does not say which zone it was made in, you are told that, in the booking's own hours — never silently converted into a time it never was.

Before it can help

Nothing, for the record half — the board and your saved client details are enough, and it works with no GoHighLevel key at all.

For the live half, each client's account needs to be connected. Ask for it with live off any time you want the records-only version, or on a morning GoHighLevel is having problems:

Give me the daily brief, live off.

One thing worth knowing

Ask for it twice in a morning and the lead counts will not shrink. They are counted from midnight on your clock, not "the last 24 hours", so the number means the same thing every time you ask.
