Command OSLayer 1 — Context

What should I be doing for this client this week?

One answer that knows the agreement, where the build stopped, and how you said you would run the work.

What it is for

The question this whole layer exists to answer. Three things that used to live in three places — what the client bought, where their build has stopped, and the SOP that applies — read together and answered in one go.

Say this

What should I be doing for Sonoran Family Wellness this week?

Click the box to select it, then press ⌘C (or Ctrl+C)

What comes back

  • What is waiting, in the board's own words, and whether it is waiting on you or on Command OS.
  • How long it has been waiting, and what is blocking it.
  • The agreement: offer, price, dates, who runs the account.
  • A renewal that is close — inside thirty days — or one whose date has already gone by.
  • The price, if it is under your own floor, with both numbers.
  • The SOP that applies, and whether it is that client's own or your agency default.

What it will not do

This is the part worth trusting it for. Everything it cannot know is listed plainly instead of filled in:

  • No contract on file? It says there is no record of what they bought, and gives you the build half only.
  • No price recorded? It says nothing can tell you whether it clears your floor.
  • No SOPs saved? It says so, rather than inventing a process you never agreed to.
  • A renewal date that has passed is reported as passed, without deciding whether it renewed.

It also never shows you an account id. If you are reading one on this screen, that is a bug worth reporting.

Before it can help

The client needs a record on the Your agency screen for the contract half, and a card on the board for the build half. With neither, it will tell you exactly that.
