Turn an audit into a document you can charge for
The same findings, written for the person paying the bill, priced from your numbers and nobody else's.
What it is for
Running the audit is one job; putting it in front of a client is another. This takes an audit you have already run and writes the document: what is broken in plain English, what it is costing, ranked so the quick wins come first.
Finding the problem is part of GHL Command and always will be. Packaging it as something an agency sells is Command OS.
Say this
Audit the workflows on this account, then build me the client-ready report.
Click the box to select it, then press ⌘C (or Ctrl+C)
What comes back
- Each finding in the words a clinic owner uses, not the words an API uses.
- Ranked by severity, then money, then effort ascending — so the quick wins float to the top. A first page nobody actions teaches the client to ignore the next report.
- Every number with the assumption printed beside it.
- Anything that could not be costed, said so — not implied to be free.
What it will not do
- It will not invent a close rate. No dollar figure exists without your own close rate and what a client is worth to you, both taken from your agency profile.
- It will not describe an unresolvable reference as "deleted". A missing reference means the item does not resolve in this account — deleted, pasted from the wrong account, mistyped and never created all look identical, and guessing sends somebody hunting in the wrong screen.
- It will not put a GoHighLevel id in a client-facing line. A finding that fails that check is reported as rejected rather than quietly dropped.
- It will call a partial total a floor, with what could not be counted.
Before it can help
Run audit_workflows on the account first — this reads that result rather than going back to GoHighLevel, so the two halves can never disagree. Fill in your minimum monthly on the Your agency screen, or the money section will correctly refuse to produce figures.
